摘要 目的 研究小学教师主观幸福感和心理健康的关系。方法 用人脸量表和SCL 90测量了 30 1名小学教师的主观幸福感和心理健康状况。结果 小学教师的主观幸福感呈右偏态分布趋势 ,主观幸福感与心理健康存在显著正相关。结论 心理健康是影响小学教师主观幸福感的因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between subjective well being and mental health of elementary school teachers. Methods By using Face Scale and SCL 90, the subjective well being and mental health of 301 elementary school teachers were evaluated. Results The distribution of elementary school teachers' subjective well being was right skewed, and the subjective well being correlated with the mental health positively. Conclusion Mental health is one of the factors impacting on subjective well being.
