老年胃癌患者与幽门螺旋杆菌感染关系的研究

Study on the reationship between the old patients with gastric cancer and helicobacter pylori infection

目的 :探讨幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染与老年胃癌患者之间的关系。方法:对613例老年患者均经胃镜活检及病理诊断,进行Hp阳性率显著性检验及统计学处理。结果:Hp在慢性胃炎 -萎缩性胃炎 -肠增生 -胃癌这一模式中的感染率不同 ,且呈逐渐增高的趋势。

Objective: To study the relationship between the old patients sufffering from gastric cancer and Hp infection.Methods: To review the results of 613 patients who were checked up by gastroscope and the infection of Hp and were counted by statistics.Results: The Hp infection rates are different in the chronic gastritis, the atrophy gastritis, the atrophy gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and gastric cancer.In the pattern of the chronic gastritis-the atrophy gastritis- the atrophy gastritis with intestinal metaplasia gastric cancer.The Hp infection rates trend towards increasing. Conclusion: Hp infection rates have much to do with origin of metaplasia gastric cancer.
