白细胞自发活化与粘附分子CD11b在高胆固醇血症中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :研究高胆固醇血症时白细胞自发活化率 (SAR)及粘附分子CD11b的表达率 (AMER)。方法 :以间接免疫荧光法测定白细胞表面CD11bAMER及硝基四氮唑蓝法 (NBT)测定SAR。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,高胆固醇血症组CD11bAMER及SAR均升高 (P<0.01)。治疗后血清胆固醇降至正常。CD11bAMER及SAR均降至正常值。结论 :高胆固醇血症时粘附分子CD11bAMER及SAR均增加 。 Objective:To study the changs of peripheral blood leukcyte self-activation and the expression of adhesive molecule in leukocyte in patients with hypercholesterolemia.Methods:The Self-activation rate(SAR) of white blood cells was determined by nitroblue terazdium test(NBT).The CD11b adhesive molecule expression rate(AMER) of leukocyte was measured by indirective fluoroimmunoassay.Results: When compared with the control, the SAR and CD11b AMER in the group of patients with hypercholesterolemia was high (P<0.01)and chang in normal after the hypercholesterolemia was cured.Conclusion:Hypercholesterolemia may induce the activation of peripheral blood leukocytes.This study is very helpful to the clinical diagnosis and treatment and is worth to popularize in clinic.
