可降解性牙周复方控释药物的剂型研究

The agential study of degradation periodontal compound controlled release drug

目的 :研制牙周复方控释药物 ,为牙周炎的治疗提供新的药物剂型和治疗手段。方法:进行体外控释实验、体外抑菌实验及临床试验 ,观察剂型的控释、抑菌效果 ,并评价其临床疗效。结果:复方控释药物能在体外11天内缓慢恒速释放药物 ,体外7天内有明显的抑制牙周袋内细菌的作用。临床应用 ,它具有抗菌、消炎与镇痛多重作用 ,疗效优于传统治疗方法。结论:该复方控释药物作为一种新的口腔控释药物剂型 。

Objective: To make periodontal compound controlled release drug and provide new medicinal agent and treatment for periodontitis.Methods: To observe the controlled release effect, antibacterial effect and clinical efficacy of the drug through conducting controlled release test,antibacterial test and clinical trial.Results:Compound controlled release drug can be released slowly and stably in vitro within eleven days.And it can take antibacterial efficacy to periodontal pathogens significantly within seven days.It also exhibits multiple function of antibiosis,anti-inflammation and antalgesic, which shows that it is better than the traditional treatment.Conclusion:As a new dental medicinal agent,this compound controlled release drug is worthwhile popularizing for application.
