眼调节的定量研究

Quantitative study on accommodation of eye

目的 :定量分析眼的屈光状态和注视距离对调节的影响 ,眼的屈光状态和调节幅度对近点影响。方法:根据光学原理推导出调节及调节幅度的计算公式 ,并进行量化分析。结果:注视眼前某点时 ,所用的调节与眼的屈光状态和注视点的位置有关。人眼的近点位置与眼的屈光状态和调节幅度有关。结论:注视距离相同时 ,不同屈光状态的眼所用的调节不同 ,远视眼比正视眼用到的调节大 。

Objective: To analyse quantitatively the effects of the refractive state of the eye and fixation distance on accommodation and the effects of the refractive state of the eye and amplitude of accommodation on the near point of accommodation.Methods: Based on the optical principle deduce the caculation formula of the accommodation and amplitude of accommodation and make quantitative analysis.Results:When looking at some point before eye,accommodation used depends on the refractve state of the eye and fixation distance.The near point of accommodation relates to the refractive state of the eye and amplitude of accommodation. Conclusion: If the fixation distance are equal,the accommodation for hyperopic eye is stronger than for emmetropic eye,the accommodation for emmetropic eye is stronger than for myopic eye.
