摘要
目的 :探讨铝对与衰老有关酶活性的影响。方法 :将小白鼠随机分为5组 ,第1组为对照 ,喂基础饲料 ,其余4组在饲料中加入不同剂量Al2(SO4) 318H2O ,测定小鼠肝脏中单胺氧化酶 -B(MAO -B)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和红细胞中谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)的活性。结果 :不论是雌性还是雄性小鼠 ,都是第3组MAO -B活性最高 (P<0.05) ,且在一定剂量范围内铝的摄入与MAO -B的活性呈正相关 (P<0.05) ;SOD和GSH -PX 的活性以第3组最低 ,GSH -PX 的活性第2、3、4组显著低于第1、5组 (P<0.05)。结论 :中等剂量的铝致衰老作用较强 。
Objective: To study the effect of Aluminum on the activity of enzymes involved in aging.Methods: The mice were divided into five groups,group 1 is control and added Al groups the activities of MA0-B, SOD in the liver of mice and GSH-Px in red blood cells of the mice were determined respectively.Results: The activity of MAO-B of group 3(P<0.05) was significant higher than that of other groups were. The intake of Aluminum was positive related to the activity of MAO-B within the certain dosage (P<0.05).The activity of SOD and GSH-Px of group 3 was the lowest. But the activity of GSH-Px in group 3 was significant lower than that of the other groups the activity of GSH-Px, there was no significant difference between Group 2,3 and 4,Group 1 and 5(P<0.05).Conclusion: Middle dosage of aluminum had stronger effect on aging, while high and low dosage of aluminum is week effect relatively.
