370例产后抑郁症调查

Study on 370 cases with postpartum depression

目的 :了解产后抑郁症在产妇中的发生情况及主要危险因素。方法 :对370例产妇在分娩后的1～2月内采用艾氏抑郁量表和产妇一般情况调查表进行回顾性调查。结果 :产后抑郁症的发生率为9.2% ;发生产后抑郁症的危险因素包括:夫妻感情、社会环境因素等。结论 :产后抑郁症应受到广大医务工作者的足够重视 ,及早预防危险因素 。

Objective: To study the main risk factors of postpartum depression. Methods: A retrospective study on 370 parturients 1～2 months after delivery in Tianjin Central Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology was conducted. The Edinburgh postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) questionnaire and the questionnaire for general condition were used for the study. Results: The incidence of postpartum depression is 9.2% and the risk factors include the affection between couples, social environment, etc.Conclusion: It should pay more attention to postpartum depression, prevent against the risk factors early, give the psychological treatment actively.
