摘要
目的 :比较树脂改良型玻璃离子粘固剂和传统型玻璃离子粘固剂对正畸带环的粘接效果。方法 :随机选择35例使用固定矫治器的患者 ,每位患者的左右侧第一恒磨牙分别用改良型玻璃离子和传统型玻璃离子粘接带环 ,戴用6个月后 ,比较带环的脱落率和磨牙釉质脱矿的发病率。结果 :改良组粘接带环的脱落率低于传统组 ,但差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05) ;釉质脱矿的发病率为改良组低于传统组 ,差异有显著性 (P<0.05) ;带环颊面龈侧釉质脱矿的发病率高于牙合侧 (P<0.05)。结论
Objective: To compare the effect of resin-modified glass ionomer cement and conventional glass ionomer cement on orthodontic band cementation.Methods: Thirty-five patients applied with fixed appliances were chose randomly.The first molars on the left and the right were treated with resin-modified glass ionomer and conventional glass ionomer cement respectively. After half a year, band failure rate and incidental rate of enamal decalcification of the two cements were compared.Results:The band failure rate of resin-modified glass ionomer cement was lower than that of conventional glass ionomer cement,but there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups, (P>0.05); As to enamal decalcification, the incidental rate of resin modified glass ionomer cement was lower than that of conventional glass ionomer cement, resin modified glass ionomer cement was lower than that of conventional glass ionomer cement,(P<0.05);The buccal enamal decalcification is most likely to occur at gingival zone around bands, (P<0.05).Conclusion: As band cements, resin-modified glass ionomer is prior to conventional glass ionomer cement.
