摘要
目的 :探讨BCL - 2蛋白在大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注过程不同时间的表达。方法 :以大鼠肝脏原位灌注为模型 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测BCL - 2蛋白的表达 ,生化方法测定AST值 ,电泳法检测凋亡细胞。结果 :随着缺血时间延长 ,BCL - 2蛋白表达指数呈进行性降低 ,AST值则逐渐升高 ,凋亡细胞出现。结论 :BCL - 2蛋白对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用 ,对细胞凋亡具有抑制作用。
Objective:To elucidate the dynamic changes in rat liver during ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods:Using the model of reperfusion rat liver, we found the expression of BCL-2 protein with immunohistochemistry, AST with biochemistry and apoptosis cell with electrophoresis.Results:With the time prolongation, the expression of BCL-2 protein (BI) dropped progressively, AST level markedly enhanced and apoptosis cell appeared.There was a significant negative correlation between AST level and BI.Conclusion:BCL-2 protein can significantly inhibit the apoptosis and protect liver function.
