摘要
目的 :探讨鼻窦内窥镜在诊治耳鼻喉疾病中的应用。方法 :将鼻窦内窥镜用于鼻腔鼻窦手术 1 3 1例 ,检查耳鼻咽喉隐匿区 72例 ,在鼻窦内窥镜指引下取组织活检 1 0例。结果 :通过 2 1 3例的临床实践 ,证明鼻内窥镜除用于鼻腔鼻窦手术外 ,还可用于耳鼻喉隐匿区的检查或相关区域的活检等。结论 :鼻窦内窥镜具有多项功能 。
Objective:To investigate the different use of the transnasal endoscope in the otorhinolaryngology.Methods:The transnasal endoscope was applied in sinus surgery in 131 cases,examination of the concealed portio in the ear,nose,and throat in 72 cases and biopsy in 10 cases.Result:Transnasal endoscope not only can be used in sinus surgery,but also can be used to exame the concealed portio in the ear,nose,and throat and in biopsy.Conclusion:The transnasal endoscope has multiple functions,it can be used in different ways.
