普罗帕酮结合射频消融治愈心房颤动一例

摘要 1例阵发性心房扑动 /心房颤动 (AFL/AF)患者导管射频消融术中使用静脉推注普罗帕酮 75mg后AF转复为典型的Ⅰ型AFL ,然后经射频线性消融阻断AFL折返环 ,治愈AFL。普罗帕酮用量 75mg ,AFL消融线为三尖瓣环到下腔静脉 ,造成峡部两侧的双向阻滞 ,治愈AFL。术后口服普罗帕酮 15 0mg ,每天三次。随访 8个月 ,无AFL/AF发作。结论
