摘要
目的 :探讨白内障人工晶体术后眼内炎的感染途径及治疗方法。方法 :回顾分析白内障人工晶体植入术后 7例、7眼发生内眼炎的临床资料。 6例、6眼行玻璃体切割术 ,其中 2例视力达 0 5以上 ,1例 0 1 ,2例 0 0 2 ,1例眼球萎缩。另 1例行眼内容物剜除术。结果 :导致眼内感染的因素有手术用品消毒不彻底 2例 ,由切口诱发 5例。结论 :白内障手术的规范操作和术后正确的护理是预防内眼炎的重要措施 。
Objective:To study the infective causes and treatment methods of endophthalmitis after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Method:The clinical records of 7 patients with endophthalmitis were reviewed.Result:6 patients were treated with vitrectomy,and the other 1 case was performed enucleation.In the vitrectomy group,the final visual acuity was 0.5 or better in 2 eyes,0.1 in 1 eye,0.02 in 2 eyes,and atrophy of eyeball took place in 1 eye. Conclusion:The causes of intraocular infection are inadequate sterilization (2 eyes) and postoperative incision infection (5 eyes).Criterion work and postoperative good care are important prevention measures.Vitrectomy is an effective way to treat endophthalmitits.
