摘要
目的 研究低强度脉冲电磁场预防心血管疾病的机制 .方法 2 4只雌性新西兰大耳白兔随机分为正常组 ( )、模型组 ( )和磁场组 ( ) . 组用正常饲料 , 和 组用高胆固醇饲料饲养 .其中 组饲养于磁场环境中 ,暴磁时间为10 h· d- 1 ,所采用激励磁场的强度为 4× 10 - 4T、频率为 15Hz.饲养 8wk后测定其血液流变特性和血脂水平等指标 .结果 组与 组比较 ,血细胞比容、血浆粘度、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、高切还原粘度、低切还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数以及胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白等指标均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ; 组与 组比较 ,血脂中胆固醇、三酰甘油以及血液流变中的血细胞比容、血浆粘度、全血低切粘度指标降低显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,而高密度脂蛋白升高显著 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 低强度脉冲电磁场能够显著降低血脂、血液流变学等指标 ,提高血液流动性 。
AIM To study the effects of exposing rabbits to low intensity pulsed electromagnetic fields (LPEF) on the levels of blood lipid and the properties of hemorheology. METHODS Twenty four female white big ear rabbits were randomly devided into three groups. Group I were fed with normal diet and other groups with hypercholesterolemic diet. Group III were fed in 15 Hz pulse electromagnetic fields (4×10 -4 T and 10 h·d -1 ). After eight weeks, by examining the levels of blood lipid and the properties of hemorheology, the effects of LPEF were studied. RESULTS Compared with those of group I, the indexes of group II were increased by hypercholesterolemic diet ( P <0.05) including hematocrit (Hct), plasma viscosity ( η p), whole blood viscosity of high shear rate ( η b1 ), whole blood viscosity of low shear rate ( η b2 ), whole blood reduction viscosity of high shear rate ( η b1 ′) , whole blood reduction viscosity of low shear rate ( η b2 ′), the aggregation indexes of RBC (A1), the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride. On the contrary, high density lipoprotein was reduced significantly ( P <0.01). Compared with group II, the indexes of group III such as Hct, η p, η b2 ′, TCH and TG were reduced, but HDL was increased by LPEF significantly ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION LPEF improves the blood circulation. It is favorable to preventing the cardiovascular diseases.
