摘要 目的 观察工频磁场暴露对 MCF- 7细胞 p5 3m R-NA表达的影响 .方法 将人乳腺癌 MCF- 7细胞暴露或假暴露于 6 0 Hz,5 m T工频磁场中 4 ,8和 2 4 h,采用 RT- PCR方法定量分析照射后不同时间 MCF- 7细胞 p5 3m RNA的表达水平 .结果 工频磁场暴露 4 ,8和 2 4 h,MCF- 7细胞 p5 3m RNA的表达水平保持不变 .结论 工频磁场暴露对 MCF-7细胞 p5 3m AIM To observe effects of power frequency magnetic fields on p53 mRNA expression in MCF 7 cells. METHODS Human breast cancer MCF 7 cells were exposed or sham exposed to 60 Hz, 5 mT magnetic field for 4, 8 and 24 h, and then p53 mRNA expression was detected by using RT PCR method. RESULTS p53 mRNA expression in MCF 7 cells was not altered after exposure to magnetic fields. CONCLUSION Exposure to power frequency magnetic fields has no effects on p53 mRNA expression.
