中药益智片治疗脑血管性痴呆的临床效果分析

Clinical Curative Analysis of Yizhi Tablets(herbal medicine) in Treating Cerebral-vascular Dementia

本文运用中药益智片治疗脑血管性痴呆30例与西药组脑复康片 ,尼群地平片治疗脑血管性痴呆 30例进行对照。治疗结果 ,按改良长谷川智力量表评定 ,治疗组得分 x =31.10分 ,对照组得分 xx =2 4 .73分 ,两组相比P <0 0 0 1;有非常显著差异。其中以定向力、近事记忆力两项改善最明显 ,两组相比P <0 0 1。按临床疗效评定 ,治疗组有效率为 90 3% ,对照组为 4 6 6 % ,两者相比P <0 0 1,有非常显著差异。说明中药治疗组优于西药治疗组。

Contrast study was done between 30 cases of cerebral vascular dementia treated with Yizhi Tablets in treating group and 30 cases treated with Western Medicines-Naofukang and Niqundi Tablets in control group.The result showed that the score of treating group was x=31.10,and x=24.73 in control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.001),especially in improvement of memory(P<0.01)based on improved Changguchuan intelligence evaluation.The effective rate in the treating group is 90.3% and 46.6% in the control group based on curative effect evaluation.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).It meant that the effects in the treating group was better than in the control group.
