最大偏心水平环形空间自然对流传热的数模研究

摘要 用有限差分法对发热电缆搁置于圆护管内形成的最大偏心水平环形空间自然对流传热问题进行数值研究 .通过选择合适的坐标变换 ,在边界条件、节点划分、计算区域和控制方程离散化及其求解等方面作了合理有效的数值处理 ,获得了符合实验结果的收敛的唯一数值解 ,为了解电缆在圆护管内的散热情况 。 The natural convection heat transfer in a maximum eccentric annulus, where the heating cable lies on its protection tube, was investigated on numerical analysis with the finite difference method. The exclusive numerical solution coinciding with the experimental results was reported by resonable and effective numerical treatment on choosing coordinate transformation and boundary condition, node division, the discretization of computational domain and controlling eqation as well as its solution. Thus, the heat transfer of a flexibel electric power cable lies on its protection tube was comprehended, which provides the basical suggestions for choosing and optimizing the size of protection tube.
