摘要
采用石油醚∶丙酮 (7∶3)混合液为提取剂 ,用薄层层析 -分光光度法测定白果中β-胡萝卜素的含量 .并对该法的精密度、准确性及稳定性进行了探讨 .在波长 450nm下 ,其回归方程为y=0 .0 50 9x+0 .0 0 0 5,相关系数γ=0 .9957.结果表明 ,白果中β-胡萝卜素含量为 2 1~ 2 4μg/g.
Thin layer chromatography spectrophotometry was utilized to determine the content of β carotene in ginkgo seed extracted with the mixture of petroleum ether acetone(7∶3,v:v). Precision, accuracy and stability were studied in this experiment. Under the wavelenghth of 450 nm,the standard linear equation was y=0.0509x+0.0005,γ=0.9957. The result indicated that the content of β carotene in ginkgo seed was 2 1~2 4 μg/g.
