摘要
从几种提取DNA的方法中筛选出一种较适合银杏胚DNA的提取方法 紫外吸收的测定结果及琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析表明 ,采用该法可得到完整度高、杂质少的银杏胚DNA ,且提取率高。
A fast method for extracting the ginkgo seed DNA was screened from different extracting methods of plant DNA. The ultraviolet absorption test indiated that the value of A 260 /A 280 of the ginkgo seed DNA extracted by this method was near to 1.9. The results of agarose gel eletrophoresis showed its DNA was with high integrity and little degradation.
