黏膜缝叠加消痔灵注射治疗直肠内脱垂（附32例报告）

LONGITUDINAL SUTURE OF MUCOSA AND XIAO ZHI LING INJECTION TREATMENT FOR INTERAL RECTAL PROLAPSE:REPORT OF 32 CASES

目的：探讨直肠内脱垂的病因和手术方式。方法：对32例直肠内脱垂的患者采用直肠黏膜纵行缝叠加消痔灵注射术，结果：治愈22例，占69％，显效8例，占25％，无效2例，占65，总有效率为94％，结论：该术式操作简单，经济可靠，疗效满意，可以在临床推广应用。

Objective\ To investigate the etiology and measures of surgical therapy of interal rectal prolapse.Methods\ Operation on rectal mucosa longitudinal terrace suture and Xiao Zhi Ling injection in 32 cases with internal rectal prolapse.Results\ The operation completely cure was obtained in 22 cases (69%),marked effect in 8 cases (25%),and no effect in 2 cases (6%).The total effective rate reached 94%.Conclusion\ This surgical method reveals to be simple,reliable and economical.The therapeutic effects were satisfied.It can be widely used in clinic.
