摘要
杂交和多倍化是高等植物物种形成和进化的最重要的途径 ,约 70 %的被子植物在其进化过程中曾经历过一次或多次多倍化事件[1] 。多倍体在植物中广泛存在 ,由于其具有一些独特的性质 ,历来受到广大育种工作者的重视。已有至少 5 0多个国家已经开展了该方面的研究 ,涉及16 0多个属 ,且取得了一定的成就。在水稻育种方面多倍体被蔡得田、袁隆平等列为 2 1世纪水稻育种新战略。
