A Minireview on Genetic Aspect of Nitrogen Fixation Research in Rhizobium

摘要 豆科共生固氮是生物固氮中效率最高的体系,它涉及的植物种类繁多,在农业上用途广泛,而且这个体系又同时涉及高等植物和低等微生物之间信息传递、能量供给及物质交流,有其重要的理论研究价值,所以多年来共生固氮一直是被集中研究的课题,取得了很大的进展。特别是在近十年来,通过研究,科学家们证实了有关共生固氮的基因定位在快生型根瘤菌的巨型质粒上。根瘤菌的遗传学研究发展迅速,这些成就主要集中反映在以下诸方面。
