摘要
应用从猪红细胞提取的 CD58分子协同新城疫 疫苗 ,免疫 18日龄尼克红公鸡 ,以β-微量法测定ND抗体效价。并在免疫后 39d用 F4 8E9强毒株攻毒。结果表明 ,CD58能促进 ND抗体的提前产生 ,使应答负期明显缩短 ,并且试验组 ND抗体效价显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ,或 P<0 .0 1)。攻毒后 7d内 ,试验组鸡死亡率为 16 .7% ,对照组为 5 3.3%。
d chicks vaccinated with newcastle disease (ND) Ⅳ strain vaccine cooporated with CD 58 molecular from pig crythrocyte.The ND antibody titers were detected by using β method.These chicks were attacked by F 48 E 9 virulent strain after 39 d of inoculation.The results showed that CD 58 molecular could promote ND antibody development,and the ND antibody titers of chicks in test group were strikingly higher than those of chicks in control group.In 7 d after being attacked by F 48 E 9 virulent virus,the death rate of chicks in control group was 53.3% while that in test group was 16.7%.
