摘要
《婚姻法》是新中国成立后制定的第一部法律 ,它经历了 1 95 0年制定、1 980年修订和 2 0 0 1年修订 3个重要阶段 ,不断发展完善。 2 0 0 1年的修订是成功的 ,在内容完善、制度创新、可操作性、法律定位等方面均取得了重要成果。但必须清醒地意识到 ,《婚姻法》还处在不断发展前进的过程之中 ,在法律配套、家庭财产制度。
Marriage Law' is the first law made after the establishment of new China. It has been improved continually after three important revisions made respectively in 1950, 1980 and 2001. The revision made in 2001 is successful in terms of content improvements, system innovations, operation and orientation. However, it should be borne in mind that 'Marriage Law' is in continual development and needs improving in law package, family property system and parent rights
