摘要
论述了有机及高分子激光倍频材料倍频产生机理、化合物的合成及影响倍频效率的因素。材料分子结构中的共轭 π 电子体系在外场作用下发生极化,产生非线性倍频效应,形成 Aσ^--Dσ^+型结构,取代基极性与分子间氢键作用等对倍频效应均有较大影响。把倍频有机基团引入到丁二炔单体上,采用固态晶相聚合,制取与单体单晶结构相同的丁二炔类聚合物单晶,不但可以改善产品使用性能,同时可以提高倍频光的输出能量。
Careful studies of the generating mechanism for organic and poly-meric materials,the synthese of the selected compounds and the factors influ-encing on second harmonic generation (SHG) powder effect,have showedexceptionally nonlinear optical properties to some materials with the conjugatedπ-electron molecular structure under the action of outer field.The factors ofinfluence on SHG would be A^(δ-)-D^(δ+)+structure,the polarizability of substit-uted group,and intermolecular hydrogen bond etc.If the diacetylenic mono-mer is substituted with SHG active organic group,the polydiacetylenic crys-tal which have the same as the monomer crystal structure can be obtained bythe help of solid state polymerization,and the quanlity of products in theusage and SHG output intensity is higher than usual organics.
