简论加强师范生“说”的能力培养

A Brief Comment on the DEvelopment of Prospective Teachers' Ability "to Speak

良好的说话能力是现代人适应信息社会发展要求的有效工具。“说”的能力训练是教师专业素质教育的重要基础。师范生的说话能力亟待提高。提高说话能力的途径主要有 :明确目标 ,构建科学的说话训练序列 ;拓展渠道 ,健全说话训练教学实践体系 ;加强建设 ,完善说话训练的评估制度。

Good speaking ability is an effective vehicle for modern man to keep up with the development of the information society. The training of the ability 'to speak' is an important basis for teachers' professional quality education. Prospective teachers' speaking ability should be speedily improved. The ways to improve their speaking ability are: to define aims dearly and set up scientific training order; to extend channels and improve teaching practice; and to strengthen and improve evaluation system.
