This paper is to prove that teaching is the core work in schools and also a major way to implement quality oriented education. The key to the improvement of teaching quality is to increase the benefits of classroom teaching. Classroom psychological environment directly affects the benefits of classroom teaching. Thus, teachers should attach importance to optimization of classroom psychological environment.
