In the 80s of 20th century America proclaimed that its education was in crisis,which was followed by investigations initiated by different institutions.Then came an agreed edea that the first important task in American education reform was the teaching reform in which the teachers as experts played a key role.Therefore,a series of measures of teacher education reform was made and inplemented.
