知识经济与教师待遇探新

A new analysis of knowledge economy and teachers' income

知识经济的到来 ,使人才的竞争日趋激烈 ,从而使得作为知识经济基础的教育更加重要。人才的培养、教育的发展关键在教师。从这个角度讲 ,知识经济与教师待遇有着密切的联系。尽管我国的教师待遇近几年来得到了明显的改善和提高 ,但与发达国家、甚至发展中国家比较起来 ,还有很大的差距。为此 ,建议采取如下措施 :以政府行为保证教师待遇的巩固和提高 ;以法律的形式保证教师待遇的落实 ;适时调整教师工资 ,等等。

With the coming of knowledge economy,the competition for talents is getting tougher and tougher,which makes education all the more important.The teachers are the key factor in nurturing the talents and developing education and therefore knowledge economy and teachers' income are closely related.Though teachers' income has been greatly increased in recent years,teachers are still poorly paid as compared with the teachers' income in developed countries.The following measures should be taken:The increase of teachers' income must be guaranteed by the government and the law,and the teachers income should be properly increased from time to time.
