Castleman Disease: Literature Review and Report of 6 Cases

目的 :提高对Castleman病的认识。方法 :报告 6例Castleman病并复习有关文献。结果 :该病临床表现取决于受累的部位。例 1和例 2以表浅淋巴结肿大为其临床表现 ;例 3和例 4以肾区不适为其主诉 ,早期诊断困难 ;例 5和例 6为中心性Castleman病 ,临床表现复杂 ,早期均误诊为结缔组织病 ,分别在起病 2年和 3年后才确诊。结论

Objective: To improve the understanding of Castleman disease. Methods: To report six cases of castleman disease with literature review. Results: The manifestations of Castleman disease depended on involved sites. Case 1 and case 2 complained of only enlargement of lymph nodes. There was mainly unconfortable over renal region in case 3 and case 4, and render early diagnosis difficult. The clinical symptoms in case 5 and case 6 were very complex. They had been misdiagnosed as the connective tissue disease for 2 to 3 years. Conclusion: Lymph node biopsy was a very important measure for early diagnosis.
