WTO环境下中国教育的改革与发展——从人才培养角度谈

China′s education reform and development against WTO background

加入 WTO对我国人才素质提出了新的更高的要求 ,为此 ,我国教育必须解决在人才培养方面存在的矛盾和问题 ,转变人才培养观念和培养模式 ,调整人才培养结构 ,建立完善的终身教育体系 ,以构筑新环境下的人才战略高地 。

With China′s joining WTO,the quality of talents in China must be raized.Therefore,the problems in cultivating talents must be solved;the old concept and model of cultivating talents must be changed;the structure for cultivating talents should be readjusted;life long education system should be established.In order to meet the needs of social development,a new area of strategic impartance for cultivating talents must be built up against WTO background.
