摘要
研究口服绵羊血清IgG对小鼠免疫功能的影响。采用环磷酰胺制造实验小鼠免疫功能抑制模型 ,选择口服扶正女贞素片的小鼠为阳性对照组、绵羊血清IgG为实验组 ,10d后测定小鼠免疫水平的变化。小鼠口服绵羊血清IgG后 ,对抗由环磷酰胺引起的小鼠免疫器官萎缩效果极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,并显著提高小鼠血清IgG水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,对抗由环磷酰胺引起的小鼠血清IgG含量降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;小鼠急性经口服毒性实验属无毒级。
We tested the effect of oral IgG of Sheep serum on the immune function of mouse. Cyclophasphamide was used for inducing the atrophied model of the mouse's immune organs. The mouse in the positive group (i.e. treatments) were treated orally with troche of Ligustrum, and the mouse in experimental group (i.e. controls) were treated orally with IgG of Sheep serum. After ten days, we weighed the immune organs and measured level of IgG in serum of the mouse. The atrophy of immune organs and the decrease of IgG in the serum of the mouse caused by cyclophasphamide were significantly inhibited through taking the mouse orally with IgG of Sheep serum (P < 0.01), and the level of IgG in serum of the mouse was significantly increased (P < 0.05); The acute toxicological experiment indicated that IgG of Sheep serum was lack of toxicity. The immune function of mouse is markedly increased by taking orally IgG of Sheep serum.
