从蕃茄红素的抗氧活性、在体内的分布和生物利用度等方面概述了近 10年来国外对蕃茄和蕃茄红素在预防癌症方面研究的进展 ,增加蕃茄及蕃茄制品的摄入 。
This review points to the role of lycopene in human health , which may be related to its antioxdant activities and pharmacokinetic properties. A lot of evidence indicated that tomato and lycopene have anticancer benefits.
