摘要
介绍中压大功率整流器件的发展和主流结构,重点分析IGBT器件的结构特点和最新发展动向,讨论IGBT器件应用中应注意的具体技术问题。
The development and main construction of medium-voltage large-power rectifiers are described in this paper. The emphasis on analysis of constructive features and new developmental trend of IGBT is given. The technical problems in application of IGBT are presented here.
