摘要 目的 :探讨转化生长因子TGFβ1、TGFβ2及其Ⅱ型受体TβRⅡ与口腔鳞癌发生和发展的关系。方法 :采用SABC免疫组化法检测 40例口腔鳞癌术后标本和 2 0例正常口腔粘膜中TGFβ1、TGFβ2及其受体TβRⅡ的表达。 结果 :口腔鳞癌和正常口腔粘膜中均表达TGFβ1、TGFβ2和TβRⅡ ,但程度不同。与正常口腔粘膜相比 ,TGFβ1、TGFβ2在口腔鳞癌中呈过表达 ,而TβRⅡ则表达下降。口腔鳞癌临床分期、有无颈淋巴结转移及病理分级与TGFβ1、TGFβ2过表达及TβRⅡ表达下降有关。 结论 :TGFβ1、TGFβ2和TβRⅡ可能参与了口腔鳞癌的发生发展及颈淋巴结转移过程 ,是口腔鳞癌发生发展及预后的一个指标。 Objective: To determine the relationship of the expression of transforming growth factor β1(TGF β1), TGF β2 and TGFβ receptor(TβRⅡ) with the development of squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Methods: 40 cases of OSCC and 20 cases of normal oral mucosa were examined with SABC immunohistochemical staining for the expression of TGF β1, TGF β2 and TβRⅡ. Results: Semi quantitative analysis revealed that TGF β1, TGF β2 and TβRⅡ were expresed in OSCC and normal oral mucosa. TGF β1, TGF β2 were overexpressed in OSCC compared with those in normal oral mucosa, while TβRⅡ expression were reduced. Overexpression of TGF β1, TGF β2 and reduced expression of TβRⅡ were associated with pathological grade, clinical stage and neck lymph node metastasis( P <0.05). Conclusion: TGF β1 ,TGF β2 and TβRⅡ may play an important role in OSCC development and metastasis.
