盐酸去氢骆驼蓬碱胶囊兔体内药物动力学及生物利用度研究

Study on pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of harmine hydrochloride capsules in rabbits

目的 研究盐酸去氢骆驼蓬碱胶囊在兔体内的药物动力学及其生物利用度。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定家兔血浆药物浓度。结果 家兔灌胃给盐酸去氢骆驼蓬碱胶囊后血浆药物浓度在 4.73 h左右达峰值(1 .5 2 7mg· L-1) ,消除半衰期为 4.73 h,灌胃给胶囊剂的生物利用度为 1 7.1 4%。结论 家兔灌胃给盐酸去氢骆驼蓬碱吸收迅速 。

Objective To study the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of harmine hydrochloride capsules in rabbit. Method The blood samples was collected for 8 h after injection of harmine hydrochloride iv or ig administration. The concentrations of harmine hydrochloride in plasma were measured by RP-HPLC. Results The drug peak level in plasma reached at about 0.68 h with an average value of 1.527 mg·L -1 after ig administration. The average elimination half-life was 4.73 h. The bioavailability of harmine hydrochloride capsules was 17.14%. Conclusion Harmine hydrochloride was absorbed rapidly, but with a lower bioavailability.
