活血及补气中药对脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨活血药(水蛭)、补气药(人参)对脑缺血再灌注后的大鼠脑细胞凋亡的影响,并探讨二者是否具有协同作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、缺血对照组、活血组、补气组和补气活血组,用插线法制备大鼠大脑中动脉梗塞再灌注模型,用流式细胞仪检测缺血2h再灌注22h的脑细胞凋亡率。结果:正常对照组凋亡率很低(0.8%±1.02%),缺血对照组的凋亡率显著增高(13.8%±1.41%),活血组(10.2%±1.34%).补气组(10.4%±1.02%)和补气活血组(9.40%±2.30%)的凋亡率均低于缺血对照组。补气活血组的凋亡率与活血组和补气组无显著差异。结论:活血药(水蛭),补气药(人参)均能减轻脑缺血再灌注动物脑细胞的凋亡,补气活血复合制剂的协同作用不明显。 Objective:To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine, Hirudo and Ginseng on apoptotic of cerebral cells after ischemia and reperfusion, and to investigate if the above mentioned medicines has synergistic action. Methods: Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, ischemia group, invigorating blood circulation group, enriching breath group and enriching breath plus invigorating blood circulation group. The middle cerebral artery of rats was occluded for 2 h by inserting an introluminal molofilament, and reperfusion was then instituted for 22 h. The apoptotic rate of each group was measured by flow cytometry. Results: The apoptotic rate of control group(0.8% ± 1.02% ) was lower than ischemia group(13.8% ±1.14%); the rates of invigorating blood cirulation group(10.2% ± 1. 34%), enriching breath group( 10.4%±1.02%) and enriching breath plus invigorating blood circulation group (9.40% ±2. 30%) were significantly lower than ishcemia group. Enriching breath plus invigorate blood circulation group showed no significant change with the invigorating blood circulation group or enriching breath group, respectively. Conclusion; Both invigorating blood circulation medicine( Hirudo) and enriching breath medicine( Ginseng) can reduce the apoptotic of cerebral cells after ischemia and reperfusion, the synergistic action of enriching breath medicine and invigorating blood circulation medicine is not obvious.
