摘要 根据岩石爆破破碎原理提出了煤巷掘进“双小”(小直径炮眼和小直径药卷 )爆破参数的理论计算方法 ,在此理论研究的基础上进行了现场试验。结果表明 :合理的“双小”直径为 ,钻杆直径Φ30mm ,钻头直径Φ32mm ,炮眼直径Φ34~ 35mm ,药卷直径Φ2 7mm .同普通爆破相比 ,可提高钻眼速度 1 0 %~ 1 5 % ;减少炸药消耗 2 5 %~ 30 % ;提高掘进工效 1 0 %~ 1 5 % . It is a new technology to apply minor diameter blasting hole and minor diameter explosive to tunneling blasting in coal. Based on the theory of rock broken by blasting, the theoretical calculation formula of blasting parameters in this conditions are set up, and then field test is conducted. The results shows that the optimum diameter is: Φ=30 mm for drill bar, Φ=32mm for drill bit, Φ=34~35 mm for blasting hole and Φ=27 mm for explosive. Compared with general blasting, drilling velocity is raised by 10 %~15 %, explosive consumption is decreased by 25 %~30 %, tunneling efficiency is improved by 10~15%. So tunneling velocity is raised and tunnel cost is reduced.
