摘要
本文在毕节地区坡耕地资源现状调查的基础上,通过分析坡耕地生态退耕条件以及急需处理的几个问题,提出了实施生态退耕的对策和措施。
On the basis of an investigation of the fanning resources on the slopping land in Bijie prefecture , and as well as an analysis of the ecological condition for non - farming land uses on slopping land and of a problens to be solved , strategies and measurements are proposed in dealing with the matter of non - farming land .
