摘要
通过对足球黑哨现象产生原因的分析,提出从配套完善体育法制方面入手解决中国体育出现的竞赛不公、“假球”、“黑哨”泛滥的具体办法。强调以法治体,使中国体育步入健康、有序的良性循坏的正常轨道上来。
This article analyses the cause of the football black whistle phenomenon and suggests the necessity to form a complete set of athletics legal system in order to solve the unjust competition, false ball, black whistle in Chinese athletics field so that football competition will step into a healthy normal orbit.
