摘要
企业文化是当前管理科学发展的主流。探讨在知识经济下的企业文化特点 ,对改善企业的经营管理 ,提高经济效率 ,实现 2个根本性转变 ,有着现实的指导意义。本文试从企业文化的 4个特点——创新性、独特性、自觉性及多元性分别作了阐述。
Enterprise culture is becoming mainstream of management science. The article tries to expound the four characteristics of enterprise culture, which are innovation, particularity, consciousness and multiplication, so that it can guide the construction of Chinese enterprise culture as to improve economic managemnet and efficiency, and realize two fundamental shift at present.
