摘要
新制度经济学是当代经济学中发展最迅速和引人瞩目的一个分支。它挑战新古典经济学 ,批判地继承旧制度经济学传统 ,强调制度至关重要 ,并在此基础上形成了一个基本分析范式 ,它也带给我们重要启示。
New institutional economics is one of the most rapidly developing and outstanding contemporary economics, which challenges neoclassical economics, inherits critically the tradition of old institutional economics, emphasizes the importance of institution, and has formed a foundational analysis model on the base. It also gives us an important enlightenment.
