摘要
人性与管理关系密切。中国传统主导人性论强调人的社会属性和道德属性 ,主张在管理中应塑造人性 ,其人性管理为“塑造论”,注重德治 ;西方主导人性论偏重于人的认知属性和自然属性 ,主张在管理中要适应人性 ,其人性管理为“适应论”,注重法治 ,两者都是片面的、不科学的。完整的科学的人性管理是建立在马克思主义科学人性论基础之上的 ,是德治与法治、“适应论”与“塑造论”
Human nature is closely related to management. Chinese dominant human nature theory emphasizes people's social attribute and ethic attribute, and its human nature based management is known as Theory of Moulding, which lays stress on the rule of virtue. On the other hand, western dominant human nature theory emphasizes people's cognitive attribute and natural attribute, and its human nature based management is known as Theory of Adaptation, which lays stress on the rule of law. The both theories are one sided and unscientific. The perfect and scientific human nature based management is according to Marxist human nature theory, which is the organic unity of the rule of virtue and the rule of law and the integration of Theory of Moulding and Theory of Adaptation.
