管理干部在高校各项工作的实践活动中处于决定性的地位 ,他们的决策、组织、指导、协调、宣传鼓动作用某种程度上体现了学校的办学水平。这就要求管理干部要具备一个良好的形象 。

Administration cadres play a deciding part in carrying out varies of concrete problems in higher institutions. Their roles of detemining, organzing, guiding, coordinating, propagating and agitating embody in some way the standard of a university. Therefore, every one of the cadres should keep raising his politics and work diathesis to set a good image for him and for the institution.
