摘要
乡村社会林业外溢性和乡村社会林业的弱质性只有通过政府的积极有效干预 ,才能得到较快的发展。
Countryside social forestry demands active and effective government intervention to realize rapid development, because of its overflow and weakness. The means and policies for government intervention should combine with the current status of countryside social forestry development and the practical conditions of mountainous economy.
