Y-CHROMOSOME-SPECIFIC SEQUENCES OF A 46, XX MALE EXAMINED BY THE DNA AMPLIFICATION METHOD

应用Y染色体特异DNA体外扩增法检测工例46,XX男性,结果显示有Y染色体特异DNA重复序列出现。这对该征的病因学研究和检测方法学的探讨具有重要意义。

A case of 46, XX male is presented in this paper. According to the cytogenetic study, the chromosome karyotypes of blood and skin cells were all 46, XX. However, using the DNA amplification method (PCR) to examine this 46, XX male, we found that Y-chromosome specific sequences appeared, thus it is suggestive of singinficance in the etiological research of 46, XX males.
