乳状分散聚乙烯蜡的研制

Studies on Preparation of Polyethylene Wax Dispersion Solution

对乳状分散聚乙烯蜡制备的乳化温度、搅拌速度、初期转相水量和助剂等进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,乳化温度为 1 0 5℃± 5℃、搅拌速度为 60 0～ 30 0 0r/min、初期转相水质量分数为2 5 %时 。

In this paper, the process conditions for polyethylene wax dispersion solution, such as emulsifying temperature, stirring velocity and first water demand of phase inversion etc are discussed in detail. The results showed that the emulsifying temperature was 105℃±5℃, the stirring velocity was 600r/min-3?000 r/min and the first water demand of phase inversion was 25% (w%). Under this condition, the property of produce was better.
