外源性谷氨酰胺对AA鸡早期生长性能的影响

Effect of Exogenous Glutamine on the Performance of AA Chickens

将 2 8 8只 1日龄健康AA鸡随机分为 3组 ,每组 3个重复 ,研究在基础日粮中补充外源性谷氨酰胺对肉鸡早期 (0～ 4周龄 )生长性能的影响。研究结果表明 :添加 0 .4 %谷氨酰胺组显著提高了1周龄内的平均日采食量和平均日增重 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且在一定程度上降低了各周龄内特别是第 4周龄内的饲料转化率 ;添加 0 .8%谷氨酰胺组则对第 1,4周龄内的平均日采食量和各周内的平均日增重都有显著提高作用 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,特别对第 2 ,3周龄内的饲料转化率降低作用明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Two hundred and eighty-eight one-day-old AA chickens were randomly divided into three groups to investigate the effect of exogenous glutamine on the performance of early AA chickens. The results showed that with a supplementation of 0.4% glutamine the average daily intake (ADI) and average daily gain (ADG) were obviously increased ( P <0.05) during the first week, and the feed conversion (FC) were decreased during the whole experimental period especially the forth week; with a supplementation of 0.8% glutamine the ADI of the first and forth weeks and the ADG of every experimental week were obviously increased ( P < 0.05), the FC of second and third week were decreased ( P <0.05).
