Development and Management of Domestic Blowing-carding Unit

20世纪 90年代以来国产清梳联技术有了长足的发展 ,工艺技术已趋成熟 ,主要技术指标已经赶上或超过进口同类设备的工艺技术水平 ,完全可以替代进口 ;2 0世纪末国际清梳联工艺技术又有了新的发展 ,正朝着短流程、宽幅化方向发展 ,进一步实现了精细抓棉 ,开松效果和控制自动化等方面也有大的改进。根据清梳联的生产实践提出了清梳联的评价指标和进一步扩大使用清梳联的建议。

Since the 1990s, great progress has been continuously made on the domestic blowing carding unit and its process technology is coming to be perfect and the main technical indexes have been already approach to or exceed that of the homogeneous imported equipment, and it can absolutely substitute for the imported equipment. In the end of 20th century, a further development of the foreign blowing carding unit has taken place, and now it is proceeding to a developing direction of shortened process, broad breadth. The fine catching has come to true and the great improvements have been made on the opening effect and automatic control etc. According to the production practice of blowing-carding, the evaluation indexes of blowing carding unit are presented and the advices on extending the application are also put forward.
