针布齿条固体渗硼处理的探讨

Approach into Solid Boronization Sinking Process of Wires

研究了齿条固体渗硼的工艺、渗层组织、性能及渗硼和淬火两种工艺的特点 ,结果表明 :固体渗硼齿条的硬度高达 16 0 0HV～ 180 0HV 。

Analysis is done to the solid Boron sinking process of wires,property of sinking layer and the difference of sinking process from quenching process.Conclusion is made that wires under solid Boron sinking process is as hard as 1600HV～1800HV.The durability and service life are both superior over the conventional quenched products.
