摘要
我国农村土地产权制度现状及入世后面临严重的挑战,分散经营的小农生产难以适应现代农业规模经济和产业化经营的要求,农村产权制度改革势在必行。
Because the land property right in our countryside will face the serious challenges after we join WTO and the scattering small-scale peasant economy is difficult to adapt itself to the requirements of modern agricultural large-scale economy and industrial management, the reform of the system of property right is imperative.
